Really though, I cannot discern which layer is on top of what, although my submitter tells me that she is wearing a crazy scarf. She is also wearing a gorgeous patterned neon hat, market value one thousand cool bucks in Williamsburg, BK, and an expression of poise/mild confusion (win).
